Young Adults sought to work on National Forests in NC and GA

The U.S. Forest Service invites young adults to apply for an opportunity to work on national forests in North Carolina and Georgia.  The U.S. Forest Service will be partnering with Southeast Conservation Corps and the Blue Ridge Bartram Trail Conservancy to employ and train young adults ages 18-30 in safe and effective chainsaw use and trail maintenance on the Bartram Trail this fall and winter.  The crew will work on the Nantahala and Cheoah Ranger Districts in the U.S. Forest Service’s National Forests in North Carolina and the Chattooga River Ranger District in the U.S. Forest Service’s Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests.  For more information and to apply, visit https://jobs.silkroad.com/ConservationL…/Careers/jobs/3503.
