Wildcats Looking for BIG Playoff Turnout

20141107_221346_8The Rabun County High School Wildcats will host the Chattooga Indians tonight at 7:30, in the first home playoff game in Rabun County since 1998. Coach Shaw says the Cats will be looking to the grandstands for a little help tonight…

“First and foremost, what we need from the fans is to be there. I mean it’s such a huge advantage, that’s what playing at home is all about, is to have your fans, have the Wildcat Nation there behind you. You know it’s gonna be cold, you get a choice to stay in the house and listen to it on the radio where it’s a little more convenient, or get out in the stands and watch the excitement of the game live, watch the excitement of the players as they make a play, watch the excitement of the players, the community when we win. That’s crucial for us.”

And what will the Wildcats have to do as a team tonight to earn a playoff win…

“What the Wildcats got to do is just continue to keep on playing hard, playing for each other, keep their goals insight, stay focused up, and playing not to be satisfied.”

A huge turnout tonight could make a big difference in the game, but if you can’t make it out, you can catch all the action live on Sky104.1 WRBN.
