Verizon Customers Experiencing Issues with Cellular Service

Verizon Customers in Rabun County have experienced issues with cellular service since around 8 A.M. this morning.

After speaking with a representative with A Wireless in Clayton, it has been determined to be a matter of power being out at a tower serving the county. The issue has been brought to Verizon’s attention, and crews are working to fix the problem.

Service should be returned shortly.
