Two Recent Wrecks in Rabun County
Deputies of the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office worked two recent wrecks in the county. On June 1, the driver of a 2010 Ford Fusion lost control on Kelly’s Creek Road, traveled across a small field, struck a propane gas tank, and came to rest in the Rabun Gap Post Office parking lot. No one was injured in the single-vehicle collision. On June 6, the driver of a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport struck a tree that had fallen in the roadway on Georgia 15. No one was injured in the single-vehicle collision.
