Two Recent Wrecks in Rabun Co.

The Rabun County Sheriff’s Office reports two recent wrecks in the county.  The first motor vehicle accident occurred at 8am on Nov. 13. A 2005 Dodge Caravan veered off Georgia 15 at its intersection with Hidden Falls Drive and struck a manhole cover in the median, which caused damage to the manhole.  No one was injured in the single-vehicle accident. The second wreck happened at 6pm on Nov. 14. A 2011 Jeep Wrangler was stopped at the intersection of Walmart and Highway 441 when a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport struck it in the rear.  No one was injured in the two-vehicle accident.
