Two arrested for Drugs after Traffic Stop

Two people face drug charges after a recent traffic stop.  The Rabun County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 30, a deputy stopped a 2004 Pontiac Vibe for an obscured license plate on Georgia 15 near Rabun Park Drive.  During the traffic stop, a search of the vehicle was conducted and suspected cocaine and marijuana were seized.  Deputies arrested 33-year-old Robert Lee Talley of Sylva, North Carolina, for possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, receipt, possession, or transfer of a firearm, reckless conduct, driving while license suspended, and obscured license plate and 41-year-old David Sancheze Mills of Decatur for possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a firearm or a knife during the commission of a crime, and the receipt, possession, or transfer of a firearm.  Both were booked into the Rabun County Detention Center on the charges.
