Towns County Sheriffs Arrest Two Burglary and Drug Suspects in Four Days

According to a Press Release, Towns County Investigators arrested 30 year old Bruce Partin of Young Harris on Monday, on an array of charges:

3 counts of Burglary (1st Degree)

1 count of Burglary (2nd Degree)

1 count of Theft By Receiving Stolen Property (Felony)

1 count of Theft By Deception

1 count Entering of an Auto

1 count VGCSA Possession of Marijuana less than 1 oz.

1 count Possession of Drug Related Objects

1 count Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime

1 count Possession of Firearm/Knife during the Commission of a Crime

1 count Possession of a Sawed-Off Shotgun

During the course of the criminal investigation, investigators located and recovered approximately $16,950 worth of stolen property.

Last Friday, A Towns County Sheriff’s deputy, assisted by agent from the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office arrested Joshua Ryan Lowe, of Hayesville, North Carolina. Where he was charged with one count possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, one count possession of less than 1oz. of marijuana, all a Violation of Georgia Controlled Substances Act, and one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

At this time, the two suspects do not appear to be connected.
