Three Recent Wrecks in Rabun County

Deputies of the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office worked three recent wrecks in the county.  The first occurred at 11:30am on June 9, on Highway 28.  The driver of a 2014 Harley-Davidson motorcycle told deputies that he hit some loose pavement and slid down an embankment.  He was taken by Rabun County EMS to Highlands-Cashiers Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the single-vehicle accident.  The second wreck happened at 3:08pm on June 9, on Blossom Road.  A 2006 Nissan Frontier and a 2005 Toyota Tacoma collided.  Fortunately, no one was injured in the two-vehicle collision.  The third wreck took place at 12:10pm on June 10, on Georgia 15 at its intersection with Walmart.  A 2011 Toyota Prius and a 2017 Nissan Titan collided.  Fortunately, no one was injured in the two-vehicle collision.
