TFS Track & Field Region Championship Results
Tallulah Falls School (TFS) Athletics reports its track and field teams are competing in the Region 8-A DI Championships on April 22 and 24 at Rabun County High School. Sam Ketch (shot put and discus) and Julianne Shirley (high jump) won individual region titles.
Throughout the meets, the top-4 in each event qualify for sectionals. Below are the sectional-qualifying events for TFS.

- Julianne Shirley – Region Champion in High Jump (4-10)
- 4×200 Relay – Region RU (Dani Prince, Jace Ibemere, Joanna Miller, Julianne Shirley)
- Jace Ibemere – 3rd in Triple Jump (32-9.25)
- 4×800 Relay – 4th (Avery Keim, Meredith Orr, Dani Prince, Molly Mitchell)
Indians
- Sam Ketch – Region Champion in Shot Put (48-8.50); Region Champion in Discus (153-7)
- Ade Akisanya – Region RU in Shot Put (47-1.50); 3rd in Discus (137-2)
- Teagan Penland – 3rd in 1600
- 4×200 Relay – 3rd (Jordan Miller, Wyatt Fountain, Jackson Cording, Nnamdi Ezunu)
