TFS Lady Indians advance to first Elite 8

It’s on to the Elite 8 for the first time in school history for the Tallulah Falls School (TFS) Lady Indians, who used a 3-1 win Monday afternoon over visiting Galloway to advance, reports TFS Athletics.  The doubles lines almost simultaneously won and clinched the win for TFS, who remains perfect on the season. 1-singles star Ariel Kelsick was still in competition when the match was clinched. Jaeda-Lee Daniel-Joseph at 2-singles got off the court first with a perfect 6-0, 6-0 win.  Katatrina Foskey and Azaria Junaid got a 6-4, 6-2 win at 1-doubles, and Cassidy Hayes and Landry Carnes won 6-2, 4-6, 6-2. The doubles teams finished at almost the same time, as both clinched the historic win.  The Lady Indians are now 16-0 on the season, and will play in their first-ever Elite 8, with the opponent and date to be determined.
