TFS Esports finishes Season in Elite 8 Bracket

Tallulah Falls School (TFS) Esports teams wrapped up the fall 2019 season on Jan. 21.  The TFS Mushrooms lost to the defending state champions Lambert High School in the Elite 8 playoff match.  The League of Legends team finished ranked eighth in the state in its first year of competition, according to head coach Casey Barron.  “This team is poised to make another run in the spring season starting in February. I would like to thank Josh Brady and Zeke Massee for their help as coaches; thanks also to our administrators, faculty, and staff for their support and encouragement of the TFS Esports team,” Barron said. “I am very proud of how all of the teams did in the inaugural season. I look forward to an exciting spring season.”  Photo by E.
