Ten People killed on Georgia Roads over 4th of July Holiday Weekend

The Georgia State Patrol is reporting at least ten deaths on state roads and highways over the 4th of July Holiday weekend.  The 54-hour long holiday travel period began at 6pm on Friday, July 2, and ended at 11:59pm on Sunday, July 4.  Troopers report fatalities in Brunswick, Cobb, Dekalb, Dougherty, Douglas, Forsyth, Fulton, Hart, and Washington counties.  Last year, there were 13 fatalities during the 54-hour long holiday travel period.
