Technology Works! Veterans Informational Workshop
The recently honored Technology Works! program at the Rabun County Employment Center has a workshop planned for this week.
The Veteran’s Informational Workshop is planned for Thursday at the employment center on South Main Street in Clayton from 1-4pm.
Lisa Prickett explaine that the reason behind the workshop is to inform veterans about information available for them online.
“We want these veterans to know what’s out there and to come into our center, because we not only have technology works there, but the Georgia Department of Labor and North Georgia Technical College,” said Prickett. “We all have something that is available for our veterans and we want them to know what is there.”
Spouses and family members of veterans are welcome as well.
