The Tim Tebow experiment lasted just one season in New York, as the Jets waived the former Heisman Trophy winner on Monday after selecting Geno Smith in the second round of the draft over the weekend. In 12 games last season, Tebow threw just eight passes and completed only six for 39 yards while also running just 32 times for 102 yards.
