Recycle Your Christmas Tree this Year

Now that Christmas is over, most people are starting the process of packing up their holiday decorations until next year. Recycling centers across Rabun County will be accepting Christmas trees for the next couple of weeks.  Waste management officials want to make sure to remind those dropping off their Christmas trees, to please remember to completely strip them of any decorations.
