Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School launches Legacy for the Future Campaign

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School has publicly launched Legacy for the Future, a $9.5 million campaign to restore and renovate Hodgson Hall, the iconic academic building at the top of the hill facing Highway 441. This is the largest campaign in school history, and Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School is excited to have already raised $7.74 million toward its goal.  Since 1927, Hodgson Hall has served as a beacon of education for this local region and beyond. For generations, students have walked the halls of this building; faculty have inspired young minds in its classrooms; and graduates have marked their legacy at Rabun Gap with a photo on the front steps.  Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School will preserve the historic character of Hodgson Hall and update the interior to best meet the needs of students and faculty.  Plans for the building include enhanced classroom spaces, a grand outdoor terrace, a student commons, and various safety and technology upgrades.  To learn more about the project, visit www.rabungap.org/legacy.
