Rabun Gap Board tours construction of Hodgson Hall

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School reports that members of the Rabun Gap Board of Trustees toured the construction site at Hodgson Hall during their fall meeting last month. Director of Facilities John Lumsden led the group through a sneak peek of the historic restoration project. The renovation of the 1927 main academic building is carefully protecting the building’s special history while also making improvements to ensure it for years to come. The renovated Hodgson Hall will include modernized classrooms and restrooms, a large student commons, faculty workspaces, a renovated historic prayer chapel, and a grand terrace on the front of the building. Alumni returning to campus for Fall Homecoming have a special opportunity to tour Hodgson Hall. Limited tour times are available on October 13-14, and alumni must register to attend by visiting https://ow.ly/14HE50PT7ni.
