WHERE: Rabun County High School Gym

 

TIME:   MS FOOTBALL (rising 7th & 8th grades) @ 2:30pm

          HS FOOTBALL (rising 9th – 12th grades) @ 3:30pm

 

TOPICS TO BE COVERED:

 

• All paperwork needed to play will be handed out Sunday

• Updated Physical Form must be on file

• Free physicals are on 4/20/17

• Parent Consent to Participate

• Proof of Insurance

• Concussion protocol form

• Practice dates and procedures

• Transportation to practice for rising 7th

• Practice length

• Expectations

• Middle School will practice May 1- May 12

• High School will practice May 8- May 19

• Summer “IRONWORKS” Workout Plan
