Rabun County Commission Seeking to Become More Accessible
The Rabun County Commission is taking steps to become more accessible.
During Tuesday’s monthly meeting of the commissioners, one topic on the agenda was the discussion of the county being more visible on social media, and gaining more exposure.
Speaking with Post two commissioner, Stephen Arbitter, he says that expanding communication is the primary reasoning behind this, is to improve communication between the commission and the residents.
The option that stands out the most, is going with a firm that is run by Rabun County native, Ken Rumsey. Arbitter says that Rumsey has experience with the type of exposure that the county is looking for, which would make this the best choice.
The County is also looking to update their website as well.
