Rabun Co. Sheriff’s Office investigating Theft of Three Vehicles

The Rabun County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the theft of three vehicles.  On March 25, a deputy was dispatched to an address on East Wolf Creek Road in Clayton in reference to a stolen trailer.  The complainant stated that a 2009 pull-behind equipment trailer had been taken.  It is 20-feet long with 8-foot ramps that extend upward on the back of the trailer.  The black trailer is valued at $6,500.  On April 6, a deputy spoke to a Clayton man who stated that his vehicle had been stolen from an address on Highway 441 North.  The 1995 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 was loaded with firewood that was for sale.  The green truck is valued at $5,000.  On April 8, a deputy met with a complainant to take a report on a stolen vehicle.  The man stated that his 2004 Ford F250 Super Duty diesel broke down on Alexander Lane.  The blue truck with tan ghost flames is valued at $10,000.
