Rabun Co. Elections Office to conduct Public Logic and Accuracy Test 

On November 22, 2022, the Rabun County Elections Director will begin conducting the public Logic and Accuracy test involving the (ICX) BMD and printers’ units, polling place Scanner and E Poll Pads, and all voting system components to be used in the Absentee precinct (Georgia DRE rule 183-1-12-.08) for Advanced Voting for the General Election Run Off to be held November 28, 2022, through December 2, 2022.  Also, on November 22, 2022, (Georgia DRE rule 183-1-12-.02; 183-1-12-.08) the Director of Elections will be beginning and conducting the public Logic and Accuracy test involving the (ICX) BMD and printers’ units, polling place Scanner, ICC Workstation and Central Scanner, E Poll Pads, and all voting system components to be used on Election Day, General Election Run Off to be held on December 6, 2022. On these days, preparation and testing will commence at 9am at Rabun County Board of Elections at 184 South Main Street, Suite 102, in Clayton and shall continue until such preparation and testing is complete. This preparation and testing are open to the public for observation.
