Your Rabun County Middle School Wildcats are Champions! Yesterday the Wildcats took on the Lumpkin County Indians in the Northeast Ga Mountain Championship and prevailed 42 to 14. Coach Bailey had this to say after the game…
“First of all hats off to our kids, they’ve all season long have come out,played hard, practiced hard, really committed themselves. Last year was disappointing at the end of the year, had a chance to go undefeated we ended up getting beat in the championship. So this year that was one of their goals, go undefeated and win the championship. Its all on them I mean they played great all year long. I couldn’t be more proud of them than I am right now.”
The Varsity Wildcats take on the defending champs the Jefferson Dragons tonight at Jefferson to try and keep their undefeated season intact. Catch all
