Man Accused of Child Molestation
A man is arrested by the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office last week, charged with aggravated sexual battery and aggravated child molestation.
According to an arrest report on file with the Sheriff’s Office, David Scott was arrested on Tuesday of last week. He faces five counts of aggravated sexual battery and five counts of aggravated child molestation, as listed on the booking report.
The report states he posted his $50,000 bond on Wednesday of last week.
A report was filed with the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office on September 3rd of this year regarding this arrest.
