Lady Indians MS sweeps past Trinity Classical

Brian Carter, Director of Sports Communication and Digital Media at Tallulah Falls School (TFS) reports the TFS MS volleyball teams traveled to Trinity Classical on Monday afternoon and came away with four wins. The A-Team and B-Team both swept a pair of matches.  The A-Team won 25-16 and 25-19, while the B-Team won thrillers of 27-25 and 25-23. Kate Gary and Rebecca Heyl led the A-Team in digs and in serving. All players contributed to claim the victory.  For the B-Team, it was Shelby Whisnant and LB Kafsky who had solid serving performances to help guide the team to a win. Keely Franks and Ryleigh Wilson were pivotal in the second set, as they had consecutive aces at the serving line.  The teams return to action at home Wednesday against Rabun County. The A-Team is 1-0 on the season, while the B-Team is also 1-0. Both wins were conference wins for the MS teams.
