John Chase

John Edward Chase , 56 , of Clayton , Georgia died Wednesday October 12 , 2021 in Mountain Lakes Medical Center.

Born in Palm Beach Florida on January 19 , 1965 to the late John W. Chase and Vera Sawyer , he was a deli clerk and was of the Baptist Faith.

He was preceded in death by his Father and one sister Pam Chase , survivors include his mother Vera Sawyer , two daughters , Naomi and Lilli Chase of Clayton , Ga. and one son , Jaxen Chase of Dayton Beach FL.

The body has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date , Family is at their respective residences.
