Jo Shipp Smith

Beck Funeral Home announces the passing of Jo Shipp Smith.  She was born on January 11, 1938, and died on August 5, 2019.  Services are planned for Friday, Aug. 9, 2019, at 11am at the Mountain City United Methodist Church.
