Homecoming Tonight

The Rabun County Wildcats will play host to Oglethorpe County tonight, and it will be a special night at Frank Snyder Memorial. Coach Shaw says the Cats will look for a little extra motivation as they celebrate Homecoming…

“Well it’s always exciting to have Homecoming, it’s all those past players and just students, and people in general that graduated from Rabun County, coming back home to see everybody. You always want to win your Homecoming, because that’s the game, probably, that if you don’t win; years down the road you always remember, so that’s motivation in it’s self. As I tell our players, you know, all the festivities, all the activities, everything, the Homecoming Court, that’s for everybody else, our job is to go out and win a football game, and that’s the plan, to go out there and beat Oglethorpe.”
