Habersham County Landfill announces Holiday Hours

The Habersham County Landfill will be closed Saturday, Dec. 23, and Monday, Dec. 25, for Christmas. The facility will reopen Tuesday, Dec. 26, for normal operating hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm. The landfill will be closed Monday, Jan. 1, 2024, in observance of New Year’s Day. The Habersham County Landfill is located at 4900 Dicks Hill Parkway, Mt. Airy, and is open from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday and 7:30am to 12:30pm Saturday except as announced for holidays.
