Georgia Gas Price Average holds Steady

AAA reports that the Georgia gas price average is stuck in neutral compared to a week ago. Georgia drivers continue to pay an average price of $3.22 per gallon for regular unleaded gasoline (subject to change overnight). Monday’s state average is exactly the same as a week ago, 7 cents more than a month ago, and 74 cents less than this time last year. It now costs $48.30 to fill a 15-gallon tank of regular gasoline. Drivers are now paying almost $12 less to fill up at the pump compared to a year ago.  The most expensive Georgia metro market is Savannah at $3.30 and the least expensive Georgia metro market is Athens at $3.17.  Since last Monday, the national average for a gallon of regular gasoline has decreased by 1 cent to $3.43 (subject to change overnight).
