Four Recent Wrecks in Rabun County

Deputies of the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office worked four recent wrecks in the county.  On November 3, 2022, at 7:07am, the driver of a 2021 Subaru Outback was traveling south on Georgia 15 near the Wiley Connector when a deer entered the lane and the vehicle struck the deer causing damage.  No one was injured in the single-vehicle collision.  On November 3, 2022, at 12:43pm, the driver of a 2022 Chevrolet 3500 and a 2018 Chevrolet Colorado were traveling in opposite directions on Old Mill Lane when the 3500 did not allow enough clearance and the side mirrors struck each other, damaging both vehicles.  No one was injured in the two-vehicle collision.  On November 6, 2022, at 9:30am, the driver of a 2006 Nissan Sentra lost control of the vehicle in a curve on Wolffork Road and struck a 2013 Dodge Charger that was parked in a driveway.  No one was injured in the two-vehicle collision.  On November 6, 2022, at 12:40pm, the driver of a 1996 Toyota Tacoma traveled into the other lane and struck a 2018 Honda Odyssey on the left side.  No one was injured in the two-vehicle collision.
