Four People Indicted for Prescription Fraud

Four South Carolina residents have been indicted for conspiring to create and pass fraudulent prescriptions.

United States Attorney Bill Nettles announces that a Federal Grand Jury in Greenville returned indictments against 43-year old Richard Jody Silvers of Pickens; 29-year old Heath Anderson Cash of Easley; 26-year old Shelley Nicole Dillard of Easley; and 26-year old Gabriel Calderon of Easley.

They were charged in a single-count indictment. The maximum penalty each could receive is 20 years imprisonment.

The case was investigated by agents of the Drug Enforcement Administration and is assigned to Assistant United States Attorney William J. Watkins, Jr. of the Greenville office for prosecution.
