Eight More Cases of COVID-19 in Rabun County

Eight more cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Rabun County, according to the latest figures from the Georgia Department of Public Health.  Rabun County now has 412 positive cases of coronavirus since the beginning of the global pandemic and 11 deaths attributed to the virus.  In other neighboring counties, Habersham County has 1,828 cases and 74 deaths, White County lists 982 cases and 22 fatalities, and Towns County has had 402 cases and 12 deaths.  Across the state of Georgia, the Department of Public Health is now reporting a total of 340,558 cases, of those, 30,376 have been hospitalized and 7,638 have died from complications of the virus.
