DPH reports 146 New Cases of COVID-19 in Rabun County in last Two Weeks

Rabun County continues to see the number of COVID cases among its residents increase.  According to the Georgia Department of Public Health, there have been 1,943 total cases of COVID-19 in Rabun County since the start of the pandemic, which is an increase of 146 in the last two weeks.  The DPH is reporting 46 confirmed COVID-related deaths in Rabun County.  In neighboring counties, Habersham County has had 380 new cases in the last two weeks, White County has had 334, and Towns County has had 60.  In Georgia, the DPH is reporting 1,181,648 total cases, 77,560 hospitalizations, and 21,235 confirmed COVID-related deaths.  To follow the daily COVID numbers visit www.dph.georgia.gov.
