Deer damages Three Vehicles in Rabun Co.

One deer recently damaged three vehicles in Rabun County.  On Dec. 10, at 5:51pm, the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office reports that a 2006 Toyota 4 Runner was traveling on Georgia 2 East when a deer struck her vehicle on the passenger side.  Moments later, a 2017 Subaru Impreza struck the same deer in the roadway. A 2008 GMC Yukon was the third vehicle to strike the deer. The driver told the deputy that the deer struck the front center area of her vehicle and went over the top of it.  The only noticeable damage to the vehicle was that the deer knocked out the bulb of the passenger side headlight. No one was injured in the three-vehicle accident with the deer; however, the same cannot be said of the deer.
