Clayton Woman Arrested on Multiple Charges

An incident on old Highway 441 in Clayton leads to an arrest.

The incident occurred on April 3rd, at approximately 8:51PM. The offender, 25 year old Nicole Bell of Clayton, was arrested after exposing her chest to drivers as they passed by.

After the arrest was made, officers searched Bell’s vehicle, and found what appeared to be methamphetimine, and straws.

Nicole Bell was arrested on April 3rd, and charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, public indecency, possession and use of drug related objects, obstructing or hindering law enforcement, and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
