Clayton Decides on New Council Member

The Clayton City Council held their March work session yesterday, where a variety of topics were discussed. The more important item, was the need to appoint a new member to the council, and the Mayor has made his decision.

After a few months of meeting with Clayton residents, and discussing the possible candidates with fellow council members, Mayor Jordan Green has announced that the newest member will be Michelle Duquette.

Duquette was selected to the council to replace Jordan Green, who became Mayor in December, when John Bradshaw stepped down.

The Clayton City Council will hold their regular monthly meeting next Tuesday, at 4pm inside the Clayton City Courtroom.
