Buff Green’s Final Words as City Council Member

Last weeks Clayton City Council meeting saw Buff Green’s term as a member of the council come to an end. In the closing moments of the meeting Buff was given the chance to address the other members and the public…

“I have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all of you. I want to say to the citizens of Clayton, that I am very pleased that you would allow me to be a member of City Council for four years, that you put your trust in me to do this job, and I hope I have fulfilled your expectations.”

Green received a standing ovation and was also presented a plaque to commemorate his service to the City of Clayton.
