Become an Appalachian Trail Community Supporter

Forward Rabun and the Rabun County Chamber of Commerce report that now that Clayton and Rabun County are “officially” the newest Appalachian Trail Community, our local businesses are eligible to participate in the Appalachian Trail Community Supporter Program. It’s free to join and there are many benefits to becoming a supporter including a hotlink from Appalachian Trail Community™ webpage, recognition in electronic media, electronic version of Appalachian Trail Journeys, Appalachian Trail Community™ Supporter storefront decal, press release template for Appalachian Trail Community™ Committee to release locally, Appalachian Trail and Appalachian Trail Community maps and membership brochures to give out to customers or visitors, social media promotion, and Appalachian Trail Community branding privileges and logo usage.  If your business or organization is located in an Appalachian Trail Community and you are willing to give back to the hiking community, your local Appalachian Trail Club, the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, or your Appalachian Trail Community™, you can become an Appalachian Trail Community Supporter by simply filling out an application and contacting the folks at Outdoor 76 to approve your application.
