Agenda released for Clayton City Council Meeting

The Clayton City Council holds its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 4pm in the city courtroom.  According to the consent agenda, the Council will consider a beer-wine-liquor license for James’s Place, consider a special one day permit for the Rabun County Civic Center, discuss a watershed protection plan agreement, add Michael Esposito to South State Bank “signature card”, approve the painting of fire lanes, adding large speed bump, and add stop sign coming out of Wilson Alley on West Savannah, advertise bids for unclogging box culvert at Highway 441 and Chechero as well as other locations, consider a resolution on water system improvements, consider a special event permit for a faith event at the Rabun County pavilions, hear a recommendation of Planning and Zoning Board on rezoning the Rabun County Public Library, discuss a water-sewer offer, schedule a budget workshop with Council and Department Heads on April 29, at 10am, hear reports and updates, and possibly hold an executive session.
