Agenda released for Clayton City Council Meeting

The Clayton City Council holds its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 4pm in chambers of the City Hall Complex.  According to the agenda, the Council will hear announcements by the mayor, consider an alcohol license for Coach’s Bar and Grill, discuss an Appalachian Trail Community Kiosk, consider a rezoning request from Frank Lastra, hear about a water deposit for rentals, receive an update on the retirement fund, consider budget amendments, discuss a right of way ordinance, hear from Kim Ramey of Cage Free, hear from Ramsey Hill of Creekside Cottages, consider a hotel and motel tax increase, set dates for zoning hearings on the building setback line, the R1-single-family residential district, R2-moderate density residential district, and R3-multi-family residential district, hear public comments and department reports, and hold an executive session.
