Agenda released for Clayton City Council Meeting

The City of Clayton announces that the regular council meeting takes place on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 4pm in the city courtroom.  According to the action agenda, the council will consider an annual treated water rate increase, a water control valve addendum, a water security deposit increase, a revert to the Owner Program Utility Program, military discounts on utility bills, brush pickup on public versus private roads, and a spring clean up.  In addition, the council will consider the Planning and Zoning Department recommendation on Rabun Gap holdings titled “Bynum Property”.  Then the council will hear department reports and public comments.
