County Vehicle Damaged, Gasoline Stolen
Gasoline is taken out of a county vehicle earlier this week.
A report on file with the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office states that on Monday night into the early hours of Tuesday morning, a county owned 2012 Ford F-150 was damaged.
County Administrator Jim Bleckley said that someone broke into the Rabun County Shop and drilled into the fuel tank of the vehicle, taking a few gallons of gas.
No more details are available at this time, and the incident is still under investigation by the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office.
