41 Cases of COVID-19 in Rabun County in Last Two Weeks 

Forty-one cases of coronavirus have been reported in Rabun County in the last two weeks.  According to the latest figures from the Georgia Department of Public Health, there are now 234 positive cases of the virus in Rabun County with 35 people now being hospitalized and three deaths due to complications of the respiratory virus.  In neighboring counties, Habersham County reports 1,212 cases and 52 deaths, White County lists 395 cases and six fatalities, and Towns County has 159 cases and two deaths due to complications of the virus.  Across the state of Georgia, the Department of Public Health is reporting a total of 238,861 positive cases of COVID-19, of those, 22,133 are being hospitalized and 4,727 have died from complications of the virus.
