2020 Primary Election Results for Rabun County

Here are the unofficial 2020 Primary Election Results for Rabun County.

Republican: Sheriff – Chad Nichols received 3,972 votes and there were no other candidates.

Republican : Tax Commissioner – Lauren Benfield – 2,845 votes

                                                Lisa McCall – 1,291 votes

Republican: Surveyor – Jonathan Rolader – 3,848 votes and there were no other candidates.

Republican: Coroner – Sam Beck – 3,989 votes and there were no other candidates.

Republican: County Commissioner Post 1 – Will Nichols – 3,825 votes and there were no other candidates.

Democratic: County Commissioner Post 1 – Mary P. Smith – 811 votes and there were no other candidates.

Republican: County Commissioner Post 2 – Tom Garrison – 3,747 votes and there were no other candidates.

Republican: County Commissioner Post 3 – Greg James – 3,748 votes and there were no other candidates.

Republican: Board of Education Post 2 – Thomas Wayne Stephens – 3,710 votes and there were no other candidates.

Democratic: Board of Education Post 2 – Paulette Williams – 795 votes and there were no other candidates.

Republican: Board of Education Post 4 – Steven Cabe – 3,789 votes and there were no other candidates.

Republican: Board of Education Post 5 – Molly Lima – 3,697 votes and there were no other candidates.

Probate Judge – Carlton Hobie Jones III – 3,051 votes

                        Cary Brown – 1,842 votes

Republican: Clerk of Superior Court – Holly E. Henry-Perry – 3,985 votes and there were no other candidates.

SLOST – Yes – 2,820 votes

             No – 1,212 votes
