1,328 Deaths due to COVID-19 in Georgia

The Georgia Department of Public Health reports that 217,303 people have been tested for the virus, 31,150 people have tested positive for COVID-19, and 5,793 people are being hospitalized in the state. In Rabun County, 13 people have tested positive for COVID-19, 5 people are being hospitalized for the respiratory virus, and 1 person has died. Habersham County lists 376 confirmed cases of COVID-19, 57 hospitalizations, and 12 deaths. In Towns County, 20 people have tested positive for the virus, 7 people are being hospitalized, and 1 person has died.
