Ten Coronavirus Deaths reported in Georgia

In the latest daily status report from the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) on COVID-19, 287 cases have been confirmed in the state and so far there have been ten deaths.  This data represents confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported to the DPH as of noon on Thursday, March 20, 2020. A confirmed case is defined as a person who has tested positive for 2019 novel coronavirus.  Fulton County reports the most confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 66, followed by Cobb County with 37, and Bartow County with 26. Worldwide cases of COVID-19 are near 250,000 and the global death toll has topped 10,000.
