Rabun County Primary School named Title I Reward School

Rabun County Primary School has been recognized by the state for an impressive honor, says Superintendent Dr. April Childers. “Our Primary School has been named a Rewards Title I School by the state department based on the growth and I am so proud of our students and teachers. This reward was not accidental, it’s the result of tremendous hard work that Kelly McKay has led there. The work isn’t complete though, we want all students to achieve at high levels and our staff and parents are dedicated to that with us. It’s just an honor for the state to take time to recognize the hard work going on in that school.” To receive this honor from the state, a school must show academic improvements.
