NGTC to Start Early Education Program

North Georgia Technical College is starting a new program next year. The program will be an early childhood care and education program or ECCE. NGTC has just hired a director for the program Judy Carter. Carter has a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education and an EdS in Instructional Technology from UGA.
