Workshop on Reopening Churches

In light of the Coronavirus, the Rabun County Baptist Association (RCBA) is sponsoring a workshop entitled “Reopening Your Church”.  Bill Barker, Associational Missionary for the Rabun County Baptist Association, gives details.  “During this time of the Coronavirus, churches all over Rabun County have had to close and as we prepare to go back to church, what is it going to be like, what do we have to do to be able to bring our people safely back into the building, and how can we do that in phases that ensures the safety of the congregation, particularly their health.  That is what the workshop will focus on.  It will deal with sanitation and how to phase in reopening or re-entering the church building.”  The “Reopening Your Church” workshop takes place on Saturday, May 16, 2020, at Liberty Baptist Church, which is located at 2206 Bridge Creek Road in Tiger. The workshop begins at 10am and will conclude by 11:30am. All area churches and church leaders are invited to attend.
