Upcoming Meetings in Tallulah Falls

The Town of Tallulah Falls announces two upcoming meetings: Planning and Zoning on February 12, 2020, at 6pm and Council Meeting on February 13, 2020, at 6pm.  There will be no work session prior to the meeting. A public hearing will be held at the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting as well as at the Town Council Meeting to take public comment on a variance request by Christopher Ward, 945 Hickory Nut Mountain Road, Tallulah Falls, GA 30573 to encroach into the 35 feet front setback requirement by 20 feet for the purposes of building a house using the existing foundation. The application for zoning variance and supporting documentation is on file with the Town Clerk for the purpose of examination and inspection by the public.  A copy of the application can also be accessed through the Town’s website using the link below.
